Plex taking hours to add new media, detecting changes where there are none

Plex runs hours when doing a library update. I noticed from the console output:
Feb 13, 2022 19:40:30.973 [10088] Info — Part rename detected [I:\MediaServer\Movies\Total Recall (2012).mp4] was renamed [I:\MediaServer\Movies\Total Recall (2012).mp4]
Feb 13, 2022 19:40:31.459 [44716] Warning — Scanner [Plex Movie]: unable to find cloud match for item file ‘I:\MediaServer\Movies\Total Recall Mind Bending Edition (1990).mp4’
Feb 13, 2022 19:40:31.463 [2196] Info — Part rename detected [I:\MediaServer\Movies\Total Recall Mind Bending Edition (1990).mp4] was renamed [I:\MediaServer\Movies\Total Recall Mind Bending Edition (1990).mp4]
Feb 13, 2022 19:40:31.828 [10088] Info — Part rename detected [I:\MediaServer\Movies\Touching the Void (2003).mp4] was renamed [I:\MediaServer\Movies\Touching the Void (2003).mp4]

None of these changed but it seems to re-index and re-detect every item each time. Nothing changed on that drive.

Anyone know what causes this?
Thanks

OK think I found the problem:

I:\MediaServer\Movies path was added twice to the library. Had to remove both instances, and re-add the path. Confused Plex like crazy.

Thanks guys

It is also a good practice to use Title Folders with the Title File inside, this improves scanning time immensely.
