Plex thinks all my episodes in a season are a single episode?

Hi guys, first time poster so I apologize if this isn’t the best place to put this topic but here it goes.
I’ve got all the Simpsons loaded up onto my Plex and renamed them all using filebot from thetvdb and for the most part every season is fine except Seasons 18-22 say that there is only 1 episode in the season and then when I click on it for more details the episode that is there has a number in the top left corner of it like it thinks that I have multiple copies of the same episode. I’ve tried refreshing the data but without any luck. Any advice on how to get this working?

Thanks a bunch and again I’m sorry if this is in the wrong spot.

Preparation:
Go to

  • Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheTVDB

In there, grab the line ‘Local Media Assets’ with your mouse and drag it downwards, so it ends up being at the bottom of the stack of active agents.
Repeat the same under

  • Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheMovieDatabase
  • Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - Plex Movie
  • Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase

  1. Look up your show on TheTVDB
  2. Take the title as it is used on TheTVDB. If there is something in parentheses, take that too. If the title contains invalid characters (depends on your file system), like § : % *, simply leave them out.
  3. Check the naming and the folder structure of your show. Name the top folder of the show exactly after the title on TheTVDB. No abbreviations. No additional subfolders. No aliases. Add the (year) in parentheses when episode 1 of season 1 of this show was aired.
  4. Name the episode files according to the above linked naming guide. Use the same title as for the top folder. Show's Title - s01e01 - additional info.ext (‘- additional info’ can be left out)
  5. After you corrected the naming and folder structure, perform the Plex Dance with all files for this show.

Simply installing Filebot is not enough. You must configure it to actually use Plex naming conventions.

I will try this when I get home, thanks! It’s just weird because I have 750+ movies and 90+ tv shows already on plex and have used filebot for all of them and this is the first issue I’ve encountered and it’s only on a few seasons not the entire series.
