Whenever I turn on subtitles for a movie or TV Show, Plex will throw one of two errors when the show starts. I either receive “Playback has stopped because the connection to the Plex Media Server has been lost” or “The transcoder exited due to an error”. If I turn subtitles off, everything works fine.
I’m currently using an nVidia Shield with PMS installed. This error occurs directly on the nVidia shield or if trying to watch the movie remotely.
My current version is 1.13.8.5395. All logs are attached.
