Plex + Tidal Issues - Account Not Linked

I have read through some of the other similar posts, and attempted to resolve with the instructions, but the resolutions seem to only be temporary. Here is my issue:

I have Plex lifetime pass, and was subscribed to Tidal. I linked the account to my Plex, and it was working fine. A couple months ago, I started having issues with the connected Tidal account. In Plex (through server computer, web app, and Plex app on my Android phone), when I navigate to Tidal, the recommended tab shows “Account Not Linked” with a link to learn more. The tabs in the Tidal section (My Tidal & My Tidal Playlists) show everything, so it is only the “Recommended” tab in Plex that has the issue.

I thought this might be something that happens when using a separate Tidal account, so I recently moved my Tidal account in to Plex (to be billed and managed through Plex). Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the issue (and I am now paying more, as I was on a student plan through Tidal). I have tried many steps, including the instructions at the end of this Forum thread: Plex Tidal Account not linked , which resolved the issue for about 12 hours, allowing me to access the information in the “Recommended” tab, which I use to find and listen to new releases. After a short while, when I refreshed my page, it again goes back to stating “Account Not Linked”. This has now happened multiple times over the last few weeks.

Has anyone had a similar issue and figured out a permanent fix? I am getting frustrated having to continually go through those steps, and a simple unlink and link does not seem to work. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
