Hi, I have a lifetime subscription with Plex, and had subscribed to Tidal for the last few months. I transferred the Tidal subscription over to Plex using the Plex guide on how to do so (not linked, transferred over) and I can see I now have my Plex Subscription (lifetime) as well as a Tidal HiFi add-on. When I go to “Other Services” I can still see the option to “Link your TIDAL account”.
In Plex Media Server (whether using Windows 10 Chrome, IE or Shield TV Plex App) when I go to TIDAL, I get an error saying “Account not linked”, and gives me the hyperlink to “Learn More”, which takes me to the “Other Services” page. If I then choose to “Link your TIDAL account” it takes me to the Tidal website and asks me to log in, which I do, but it immediately navigates me back to the Plex website/homepage. If I make my way back to the Plex Other Services page it still says “Link your TIDAL account”. And if I go to Plex Media Server it still says “Account not linked”.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I cannot see any TIDAL content in Plex.
Thanks all for your help. It appears to be fixed without any action from me (ie. I have not changed my email address in tidal, nor have I done anything else… all I’ve done is open up Plex just now [24 hours later] and it is all working). I’m assuming the development fix has been released (and fixed my problem).
