Tidal & Plex - account unlinked and can't get re-linked

I joined Tidal on the 30-day trial, managed to play the tracks through Plex but then went to the Tidal webpage to play the videos. When I go back to Plex, to play, it tells me that the account is not linked. If I try to link the accounts, I get a message telling me there is an Oath2 error and to contact the Tidal partner which I assume is Plex.

Not sure if I need a reset or what; I’ve tried logging out and back in, no joy.

Same problem here. Tidal account somehow got unlinked and impossible to link again. No error message, it just doesn’t link it (takes me to the Tidal login page, lets me confirm the account, and redirects to Plex but nothing happens). Please help.
