Plex + Tidal not working

Hello,

I purchased the Tidal subscription through Plex, but it’s not working. I only have access to Tidal previews as if I don’t have a subscription. I tried linking my Tidal account to my Plex account again, but without success. How can I resolve this issue? If anyone has any ideas, I’m all ears! :smiley:

Hello,

the e-mail support helped me and it works ! Before unlink tidal and link it again, i had to disable the Music/TIDAL provider on Plex and enable it again after and it works !

If someone has the same problem one day, try this :wink:
