PLEX/TIDAL to SONOS connection not worth the investment

I am trying to get PLEX/TIDAL to work seamlessly with SONOS. I like the potential of PLEX/TIDAL and have purchased a yearly PLEX pass with TIDAL premium, but my audio operating system is SONOS and I also run a Google Mesh home WiFi system. The connectivity between SONOS and PLEX/TIDAL is unusable.

I have narrowed my focus on enabling remote network access to PLEX as I am unable to establish a stable access condition. I have tried both manual and automatic options. I can achieve remote network access for about 30 seconds before the access drops off line. Is this a technical issue or is it a subscription issue?? I have seen others have suffered this problem but have not found a fix that works.
