Plex Transcoding 4k file that can direct play

I was trying to convert my 4K files to formats that wouldn’t require transcoding with Handbrake. (can’t guaranty I’m doing that right) The files (avengers AOA)originally MKV, 264, DTS and ac3 audio with various vobsub subtitles. I tried to convert to 265 and just ac3 audio with burned in subs. When trying to play back, Plex transcoded the video to 264 and the audio to aac. This caused buffering issues because the dashboard was registering around 115 mbps

The second try was with a file (Aquaman) that has already been direct played and unaltered (265, eac3, and srt) That also was trranscoded to 264 and aac. It also buffered but only spiked at 57 mbps.

I’m starting to think that Plex won’t allow mu nu8000 can play ac3 audio
