Server Version#: 1.15.8.1163
Since I update server version from 1.14 to 1.15 transcode from live tv is bad. so many block effects et sound cut. Its very annoying. Only append on mpeg2 video.
how to fix this.

I experience the same issues with live tv on PMS 1.15.x running on Linux. Video is pixelated and sound is choppy, which makes it unwatchable.
On 1.14 everything is fine.
I have the same problem, did you find any solution?
I don’t have any solution for now 
My next step is to uninstall and make a windows 10 reset. Then I’ll try to reinstall everything. Looks like there’s only a couple of us with that issue. Disappointing that there’s no guide from Plex with all the possible errors and their source. That could help us…

I justed updated my server to the latest version 1.16.3 and all the issues that I had are gone. I’m so happy I don’t have to reinstall windows.
