Windows 10 - PLEX app
I run PLEX Player on a Windows 10 PC that has mapped drives to other PCs on my home network. I have noticed that if these drives are not available, i.e. the remote PC is turned off, PLEX will take around 2 minutes to open. If all the mapped drives are available it will open normally, within seconds. It would seem PLEX attempts to connect to all mapped drives on start-up, even though they don’t contain any libraries. Is there any way to stop PLEX doing this and only concern itself with mapped drives it needs, e.g. the drives that contain its media?
