I’ll preface this by saying I’m not very technical so please bear with me here, but simply - I’ve had a Plex server set up for ages (really basic set up - media stored on an external HDD that I plug in to my laptop and switch the Plex server on when I want to watch something) that I only use to watch on my Smart TV at home. It’s worked perfectly forever until today where the TV is now asking for me to pay for the remote pass. I can still play videos through the Plex browser app on my laptop without issue. Both my laptop and the TV are on the same network, I’m not running any VPNs, I haven’t set up anything more complex than as described, yet I now can’t seem to get it to work. Can anyone help? Thanks
