Yes, that’s a vanilla issue (not hosted by plex at all), they are aware.

Yes but perhaps you guys all share a similar POP or route past the POP to get to plex.
We have another Ninja who is on cox and is reporting that it’s now working for him, can you guys test again?

Just to bring some closure here: the issue turned out to be (consumer) ISP-related and should now be resolved for folks. Glad to have you all back!

yes everything is working again. Glad to be back!
I am now getting a error 500. I am in the uk with virgin. Although my Apple TV can still see and is playing as we speak
