Plex TV guide missing

Have a subscription. Version 1.16.1.1291 The guide cannot be found on any of the menus
Plex help says it’s under the Manage menu: https://support.plex.tv/articles/225877387-program-guide/
Under my manage I only have Live TV & DVR
If I go in there I can Rescan channels, Unfortunately, its using the wrong location for a guide.

So:

  1. How can I access the Guide?
  2. How can I get the scan to use channels in the correct geographical area?
