https://www.plex.tv/link is broken. I tried linking my TV and it just says “checking code” but I haven’t even entered the code or clicked the button. Please fix
Have you tried a different web browser? Which are you using? I cannot reproduce the issue.
I am using mobile chrome and Samsung internet. I have not tried a desktop version, I suppose I should try that. I have used two different phones on different networks to see if maybe it’s my home internet. Same result. I have tried clearing cookies, signing out and then signing back in, clearing browser cache, to no avail.
I managed to fix the issue by clearing all caches.
While this work around works for most people, this should substantiate a bug in my opinion. This seems to be a very common problem on Samsung devices. @BigWheel can we get a developer to examine why this happens? Reddit is lousy with people complaining about this exact problem. I guess they don’t know enough to take it to the forum.
