turned plex on my xbox one on and it asks me to tv link but when i go to the https://www.plex.tv/link/ the options come up but wont let me click on any of them
continue with google / facebook or email
everything is upto date and tried using chrome and internet explorer
not had any trouble before
any clues??

When I click on that link I’m just presented with a box where I can enter the code, and then click link. Are you logged into your Plex account prior to visiting that website?
Notice how it states what account I’m logged in as?
dont know why but i was signed in being trying for about half hour, tried refreshing and different web browsers just as i thought i would ask you guys, the blooming thing did it, all sorted now thanks for the quick reply though kegobeer-plex
A few weeks ago, there was a Plex update for my Samsung TV (HU7500) which after installing, required me to relink my plex app on my TV.
However, I have despite numerous attempts, not yet been able to relink my TV with my plex server.
The problem seems to be with the https://plex.tv/link webpage…as shown below, it constantly says it is ‘Checking code’ and ‘Loading’.
Please - can anyone shed any light on what my problem is?
Any assistance to resolve my problem would be greatly appreciated as I really miss being able to use Plex on my TV.

I need help
The Plex App on the XBox oneX updated, needed me to re-login, and I’m gettting the MADRID error now when trying to link the xbox.
I’ve tried removing all my XBOX’s from my devices section and re-try, but to no avail.
I can cast to the XBox from Chrome using the Cast button from Plex Web, but that’s not really a solution. Is there an issue somewhere on the Plex Login services?
