The plex server cant login into the plex account
The problem seems to be that the server (and my pc) cant access the web adress plex.tv
it s accessible via the Webbrowser like firefox and chrome but not via the cmd terminal or the ssh console of the server.

the server adress resolves fine 99.81.164.127 but i dont get any response back
