Hi. I have several Fire TV 4K sticks which all work fine but a new Fire TV 4K Max stick doesn’t display the media libraries (it has a warning icon against the server). The server content is reachable and plays fine (using search) but I cannot browse the libraries in the sidebar.
Previously I would have used “Reset Customizations” which resolved this issue, but that option is no longer present on the latest version of Plex on the Fire stick (I can’t find it anyway).
I’ve also done the usual thing of stopping Plex, resetting cache, restarting which often solves issues but that too doesn’t help.
I’ve also tried loading newer versions from apkmirror but again with no success (Plex either fails immediately post startup or shows the same issue with not displaying libraries).
I installed version 8.7.2.20952 and that works fine - may stop working if Plex is auto-updated but thought it may help diagnose the issue.
