PLEX TV Series Scanner Error

I am setting up a new PLEX server and I found an error with the Plex TV Series Scanner.

My TV Shows Library directory structure is as follows:
\TV - NAS
\Marvel
\Marvels Cloak and Dagger
\Season 01
\Season 02
\Marvel’s Daredevil (2015) {tvdb-281662}
\Season 01
\Season 02
\Season 03
\Marvel’s Iron Fist (2017) {tvdb-317953}
\Season 01

I have deleted the Plex library and recreated it multiple times. It will only find one show. It groups all of episodes from the different shows together under a single show. (See attached image.)

Suggestions?

If you have pointed your tv show library to the folder \TV - NAS, you must get rid of the \Marvel sub-folder.
There must be no arbitrary subfolder levels, whatsoever in a tv show library.

OK. That worked. (But I think it needs to be added as a future enhancement)

Does the same restriction of no sub-directories also exist for all of the other library types (i.e. movies, music, etc.)?

The other library types are not that sensitive about the folder structure.

However, if you use local extras for movies, you might want to avoid additional folder levels as well.

Other variations might work but aren’t guaranteed to not cause problems (as you’ve found out).
