PLEX TVDB not working correctly

Good Morning

I was wondering if others having same issue, I have now few TV series one is called V - The Original Miniseries & When they see us.

When I put these onto my server under TV programs plex does not go away and search and categories them, in order for this to work, I have to move them to movies folder.

Each folder I created on PLEX is Films playlist and TV Programmes list using the options. Since V is a TV series it can’t find it als when they see us.

I have also breaking bad and Chernobyl, walking dead, fear the walking dead & Game of thrones these work great.

Is this because it’s old movie? or because it just can’t find it. It will work under FILMS but doesn’t give all the story and names of the film just a file and then I have to upload a cover photo then.

Does others have same issue …??

If they work in a movie library, I assume your file names are bad.

If I remember correctly the V Original Miniseries are categorized as specials of the Original V tv series on TVDB so would have to be labeled as s00exx

TVDB did some major changes over the past few days their in the process of repairing, I guess Plex Admins are to far up their own BUTTS to post the partner email they received notifying them of this issue.
