Issue persists across downgrades, seems likely its Operations side. Don’t ask a dev though, they’ll just tell you it works on their machine

Same thing happening here (running my server on Win 11), seems to have started sometime today…only noticed it after an update->restart but who knows how long it’s actually been.
If I hit Apply on the Remote Access settings page, it just spins forever until I close & reopen the browser window.

I started experiencing this problem on my Synology (non docker) after the upgrade. I started having flashbacks to “The Great Password Reset”, but was not seeing any of those errors in the logs.
And I had JUST finished walking my MiL through her own password reset, and could not understand why she couldn’t see the server.
She’ll be wanting her evening news very soon, so ‘Spit Spot! Off we go!’

We raised a high-pri ticket internally.
Cross your toes they get to it quickly.

Would have been nice to know this issue affected everyone a couple hours ago. I have uninstalled/reinstalled plex going crazy trying to figure out what is going on with my system.

It seems to be something fresh. No previous reports before this thread.
It also seems to affect everyone that recently started/restarted their servers or changed network configuration.

Folks:
The Plex.tv servers are distributed around the world.
It actually took time to start failing for more of us.
My credentials and access worked correctly until about an hour ago.
Operations has the full details now… Sees the problem and is working on restoring
