I have 110 tv shows with 7973 episodes and all tv shows are correctly matched. However, Plex is unable to load metadata for 12 episodes.
For example every single episode of The X-Files do have metadata, except for S08E18. I told Plex to refresh metadata for that episode but it didn’t changed anything. So I deleted the Cache, restarted Plex and told it to refresh metadata for that episode again. Nothing.
TheTVDB does have metadata for that episode (as well as any other episode Plex is unable to load metadata).
