PLEX suddenly started to have issues and stopped reaching the media stored in my NAS. At first I was able to briefly see the media, via all my devices, after stopping the app in the qnap appcenter and restarting again (but was still unable to play them). Right now I can’t do that anymore, and opening the PMS via QNAP app brings me to a web page that says that I’m not authorized and that I don’t have access to this server.
It shouldn’t be a router problem because Port 32400 is open.
What could be the problem?
