I’ve used PLEX on my NAS now for 5 years. Last week it stopped accessing my server. I access my server (and myNAS) remotely, as I live overseas.
I can access my NAS, but PLEX on all devices isn’t working. It just says Unable to Connect securely. I have updated the server on the NAS from the PLEX website, restarted the NAS etc. But nothing seems to work. Please Help!

Apparently, the server can be accessed locally, the person who has my NAS said. But not remotely. I’ve never had this problem in the 5 years I’ve been away. So not sure what to do from my end.
Thank you, just letting you know. I did what you suggested, but no good. However I got my friend (WHo has my NAS) to login to the server directly, and he said remote access had been turned off! all fixed now, but any idea how this could have happened? It’s never happened before.
