By your question –

  1. You have a DSM 7 PMS installation?
  2. You want to remove PMS from the Synology
  3. You don’t want any of the PMS metadata left behind ?

If that’s correct, then Uninstall with the ERASE option.

It will uninstall the package and remove all the metadata (empties the PlexMediaServer shared folder).
