So basically I downloaded the update for Plex 5/24 and now my Xbox 360 isn't working to play the videos. I can see the server, and I can see 8 options (including the TV and Movie folders that were previously listed). However, now when I click on TV or Movie, rather than showing the list of files, it just says "play" and when I try that, nothing happens. So I need to know how to get this re-working or how to uninstall the update as this is the ONLY reason I use Plex.
I use a wired connection to the router for both the pc where the files are stored and the xbox 360 (I do not have the Plex Pass, but I have not ever needed it in the past 2 years of using this service).
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall Plex.
I've tried to rename the movie and tv folders.
They are seeing the parent folder, but none of the subfolders or actual movie files. (Please do not suggest putting all the movies/shows in one place as I have them organized by genre and program as I like it, and as it was working before) (also I did try to put at least one actual video file directly in the tv folder and it didn't work anyways).
Please HELP! The worst part about PLEX is there is virtually NO support! I have posted before and never gotten a response and it looks like that is happening again....what is the deal!?!?

Same problem here. I actually posted for help in the Xbox forums first. They suggested uninstalling, clearing cache and re installing which I did without success.
But I guess that won’t work if it is a problem in the actual pled server software. Nothing will fix it until plea releases an update.
