Plex update seems broken

can’t get into PLEX, NAS telling me it’s working

What can I do?

tried to uninstall and install again, but I get an error message

Basically says “undefined port configured for this package in use by another service ou is restricted to the system. Please deactivate ou modify the conflicting service or contact the devs”

yes, used this URL
NAS rebooting

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

no PLEX after NAS reboot + PLEX uninstall / reinstall

to be more specific when I connect to my NAS IP from my bookmark, spinning forever and then get the error msg

seems like the update had issues and took for any resons 30mn to complete
