Plex Update Service not recognizing change in metadata location

Found it…

Had to modify registry value at

HKEY_USERS.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server\

Modify LocalDataPath

Stop Plex Update Service

Start Plex Update Service

Logs are going to the right place now.
