Changing Plex Update Service.exe log location

I recently moved the location of my Plex metadata folder to a new drive. I modified the registry entry to point to the new location and everything is working well EXCEPT the Plex Update Service.exe process is still writing its logs to the old drive. I can’t find any settings either in Plex or in the registry editor to change this.

When I moved to a new drive, I closed Plex, changed the registry (using instructions from [HowTo] An extended guide on how to move the Plex data folder on Windows) and then rebooted my PC.

Anyone have any ideas? I had to move drives because the old one is starting to fail.
