The plex server runs on a synology DS1010 + NAS and watches on a Sony KD-49XD7005 TV.

My problem is the following:
Since the last couple of updates, some of the movies that have been played in the past have not been played or played intermittently.

However, the vlc player on the TV plays perfectly from the minidlna server.

I sadly decided that the quality of the play would leave me alone.
My question would be how do i need debug logs to be sent to developers to fix bugs?
