Plex Users offline but Plex streams fine

Hi - My first post. I have a Samsung smart TV from 2015. I have a Google mesh wi-fi setup at home. I have four Users on my Plex Account.

For the last two weeks, Plex works fine on the TV’s, but the main User is Offline, and I can’t switch between other Users. The message is “can’t connect to the Internet”. The TV cleary is connected to the Internet, Youtube and other apps work fine. Since Plex streams fine, I am at a loss.
