plex Version 1.1.0.2611 and WD TV Live no unwatch since plex server update

Since the last plex server update (Version 1.1.0.261) my wd tv live unwatched shows that there are unwatched tv show but when I go into the folder I get “There is no media in current folder” If I look at plex there are flags as unwatched on the shows, so I should be able to launch them on the WD TV Live.

Was working before the last up date. Also on the WD TV Live, if I go to the “all shows” folder I can see and play the episodes

Thanks for any input. Also would like to hear if any other WD TV Live users are having the same issue.

note - reverted to Version 1.0.3.2461 and unwatched now works

What client are you using ?
I’m experiencing the same issue with Rasplex and OpenPHT.
If I use the Web UI then it still works.

Using 1.1.0.261 on a Synology Nas. So it looks like it is plex itself and not platform specific. Works fine after downgrading.

Having the same issue since the upgrade but only with a few shows, others are fine. I’m also using OpenPHT. Web UI works, not sure what’s happening?

Also downgraded back to 1.0.3 and all is well so I plan to stay here until the next release.

Upgraded to 1.1.3.2700 PMS and still have the same problem with unwatched tv shows. When I select TV shows unwatched, and select a show, it shows me the season folder. when I go into the season folder, it shows me all the shows for the season, not just the unwatched episode. Works right in 1.0.3, but not in any off the latest plexpass versions.

Same issue here - also on Sinology but a 1512+. Tried 1.1.4… and its the same thing
Appears somewhat inconsistent. Most shows i’ll see the entire season listed in unwatched even if PMS shows some watched. A few will update fine. When the last show is watched, the folder disappears from unwatched. No pattern as it affects shows in different TV folders. Everything seems fine on Plex Web, Plex media player - perhaps just a DLNA thing
