Hello sa2000,

Thank you for your reply. Also thanks for linking me the current best practice for collecting Log Files.

I have Updated both my PS, PP and replicated many of the shutdown conditions and Error messages.

Interfaces used: PLEX Player, Chrome and,Firefox remote play, network play.

Your problem is being investigated. It manifests itself with a log entry like this before crashing

It is the crash I am working on this with a number of users - see post above yours here Plex Server Version 1.18.1.1966 - #46 by sa2000

The problem came in after 1.18.0.1944-f2cae8d6b
