I have made Plex Version optimized for Mobile for most of my media.
When I download media for traveling to my iPhone 17 or my iPad Mini this happens:
Download quality on my iOS devices set to:
Original: The server sends the original to my iPad
High: The server sends the original to my iPad
Medium: The server transcodes and sends the transcoded version to the iPad
Low: The server transcodes and sends the transcoded version to the iPad
The server never ever sends the prepared optimized version of any of my media.
Is this a bug?
(I have plex pass and I am logged into my plex account on both the server and the iPad/iPhone when downloading)
