Why was my UN55js8500 Samsung TV ( I say was because as of 2 days ago my plex app is no longer working on my TV so i needed to buy a roku device) video quality and resolution better when playing from my Plex media server than how it plays off my new roku ultra 2020model device. I have played around with all the settings and configurations and have it as a wired connection to my network (TV and Roku), but can’t get the same resolution quality from the Roku device playing on the TV vs the Plex App from the TV that is not working anymore. Any Idea’s or suggestions?
