IPad Pro not seeing library on local network

I have many Apple devices on my local network and all work fine streaming from the NAS. My iPad Pro runs the app fine on the iPad but when I am using the web app version it cannot find my library. I have signed out and back in again and still no change, any ideas why only the web version (Plex.app.tv) cannot see my local library, when the app on the same iPad works fine?
