Plex web app doesn't recognize installed Plex media server

I haven’t used Plex media server for a while but recently I try to used it and cannot access the server. I downloaded the most recent Plex media server and put it in applications folder. Then I opened the app. Then I opened Plex from the app icon. But in the home page of Plex web play, when I select Your Media from the left column, the right column just shows the Get Plex Media Server button, even though I already installed it. Can someone help me with this? I’m fairly new to this.

Which version of macOS are you using?

Do you have any kind of anti-virus running on your Mac?

Hi, I’m using 10.15.1. And I don’t have any anti-virus.
