Im running server version 1.13.2.5154. My issue is that when i try and watch media from an outside source via the app.plex.tv at work it will buffer the first 5ish min of the video and then just stop buffering. This has never happened to me before. I have my stream settings set to be more than giving. so its not stream thats bottle necking. I hunch its something in the beta server build that is just dropping the connection and not letting it continue to buffer.
