Im running server version 1.13.2.5154. My issue is that when im trying to watch media from an outside source via the app.plex.tv at work it will buffer the first 5ish min of the video and the just stop buffering. This has never happened before. I have my stream settings set to be more than giving on the upload side, so i don’t think its the stream that is bottle necking. I hunch its something in the beta server build that is just dropping the connection and not letting it continue to buffer.
