Webapp app.plex.tv no longer can access my server locally all of a sudden

Server Version#: docker plexinc/pms-docker:1.32.5.7349-8f4248874
Player Version#: app.plex.tv

https://app.plex.tv suddenly not working for any computer devices on my local network only. - Server shows up as unavailable.

Have tried reverting to older container images upto 3months back and no difference.

Remote access is showing up as all good and green ticks if I jump onto the settings via its ip/port/

If I access from externally with the webapp - all good
If I install the dedicated windows plex player app on the same machine having the issue with the webapp and try to play locally - all good
My plex app on my samsung tv - all good
accessing via local ip/port - all good

Just using https://app.plex.tv on local machines windows/mac is broken. Nothing changed on my network (as far as I know). Not running it on a vpn. Seems like something has changed on the webapp?

Anyone know what might be going on?

I started getting errors as well. Tatulli can’t connect and none of my other profiles show up

I think I am also having this issue - the web app has stopped working on my network.

Yet accessing my library via mobile apps, even over 4G, works fine.

I ended up fixing this from some ones suggestion reddit which was to use cloudflare dns servers (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1) on my home network. I had previously had my router set to use automatically assigned isp dns servers. This seems to have resolved the issue!

I have just tried setting my DNS as suggested, but unfortunately no luck - it’s still not working for me.
