Plex/Web completely borked in Chrome

Ever since I upgraded Plex Server to 1.15.x, I have massive graphical “glitches” in Plex/Web when using Chrome (problem does not occur in other browsers such as Safari).

Here is a screenshot (note that these white blocks have not been added by me, this is what I actually see):

There is more weird stuff going on. When moving the mouse across the UI parts of the UI start flickering and blinking like crazy.

I am assuming this is a bug. Not sure where else to post this, hope it will be seen by the right people.
