Plex Web: Movie Library can display either Recently Added or Recently Released but not both

It seems that the Recently Added section disappeared from my Movies library. It is enabled in Settings > Manage> Libraries > Movies > Manage Recommendations. I noticed that if I reorder the recommendations from the default so that Added is first before Released, then Added shows up but not Released. Same if I uncheck Released, then Added shows up. So you can have one or the other but not both. I tried to Reset Customization and it doesn’t fix anything.

This looks like a bug to me.

This must be a web app bug because the Android app doesn’t have this problem, it shows both Recently Released and Recently Added which also means that the server is probably OK too.

I don’t understand what is going on with the web app, sometimes Recently Added shows up, other times it does not. If I sort the Movies Library “By Date Added” it looks OK, so it’s not completely broken, it’s just the “Recommended” tab that seems confused.
