Recently Added not showing together for one library

Server Version#: 1.32.7.7621
Player Version#: Plex Web 4.108.0 (happens in any player)

I cannot see Recently Added and Recently Released together in the Recommended section of the library. Whenever I enable Recently Released Episodes the Recently Added section disappears even though it is selected under Library Recommended.
All of this only applies to one library. I have several other libraries that are unaffected.

Any idea what is causing this or how I can solve it?
