Plex web plays TV recording in wrong screen aspect

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

When I play recording TV, it squashes the TV to the wrong aspect ratio. Is there a way I can select the preferred aspect ratio?
