I’m running a containerised version of Plex. Streaming to Apps (Android, iOS, AppleTV) all work fine.
My issue is in the web app player. I’ve tested this with both Firefox, Safari and Vivaldi on MacOS and get the same behaviour in both. I’m not able to test on Windows at this time.
After a random amount of time (sometimes an hour or so, sometimes just a few minutes) the spinning wheel will appear on the screen like it’s buffering but it never resumes. If I refresh the page and start playing, it works for another period of time before it stops.
The media in question is not being transcoded. CPU and Memory Levels on the server are nice and low, around 20% max. I can’t see any issues in the dashboard.
Any help diagnosing or resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!
