what is the problem and what is solution
It is not a problem.
That is the IP address of your Plex Media Server.
It is telling you that you are communicating directly to the server, not using the version of Plex Web hosted by Plex, https://app.plex.tv/desktop/.
But I didn’t able to upload any file in my local server. Didn’t find all option and I am also buy one month license. Please see the screenshot
