For the past few weeks, the Plex website hasn’t been showing more than 19 seasons per series. As a result, it’s impossible to mark recent seasons as watched for shows like South Park, SNL, or The Simpsons.
This only affects shows you don’t have on your server. I watch them on TV or streaming platforms and then mark them as watched on Plex, but I can’t do that anymore.
