Plex will not open in Safari 26.3 - HTTP v HTTPS

Server Version#:1.43.0.10492
Player Version#: No idea
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

I’m running a Mac with Tahoe 26.3 installed. When I try to Open Plex I get the following:

So this looks like a webkit issue.
It opens fine under Google Chrome, but I don’t want to use Chrome as my default browser, I want to continue to use Safari.

Thoughts anyone?

Don’t post your Plex Token!

Perhaps Important note about the Plex Web app - Local Network Access

Plex Token? What’s this about?

If you have a Plex token, you can gain access as if you have username and password.
Posting it publicly on the Internet is like inviting other people to your Plex server and account and either wreak havoc, or steal your account and the Plex pass.

Not having any issue using Safari on a Mac mini M4 pro

Have you cleared History?

I have no idea what a Plex token is, why I would need one, and where to find it!
I simply use Plex to play my extensive video library at home and when I’m away.

I’ve resolved my Safari issue in Settings → Security → Uncheck Warn before connecting to a website over HTTP
