Plex will not play content to my PC (host) but will to other devices

Player Version#: 1.24.5.5173

I started having this issue about 24 hours ago.

I cannot watch anything from my plex app, or from the Plex server on the host machine.

I can stream video to other devices.

I am getting a Playback Error “An error occurred loading items to play”

Please advise what to do to correct this issue.
