I have been having this issue for a couple months now and it is getting increasingly irritating. I can access my Plex Media Server from Microsoft Edge, my LG ThinQ Smart TV, and iOS App, but the Chrome browser and Plex Media Player simply can’t locate my server. I have tried all of the usual steps such as restarting both parties, signing in and out, and even uninstalling and reinstalling both, yet none of this seemed to work. It used to work on Chrome, however since about 2 months ago it just refuses to. The server shows up in my Authorized Devices whilst in Microsoft Edge, but again, not when using Chrome. Does anyone have any ideas to why this could be happening? Or does anyone have any Plex Support email addresses that I could contact to attempt to resolve my issue?

Wow, this is a problem. As of begin of October, I’ve been having problems connecting using MS Edge but Google Chrome is working for me. Plex only sent me an email to go to their support page which is very technical and really doesn’t address the problem of why are some browsers working while others are not.
